Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. December 31, 2020 is the last day for internet returns.
We are unable to exchange. Please return your item for refund and place a new order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Proof of delivery to our warehouse facility is required for refund.
Restock Fee: All returns will be charged a 10% restock fee. The 10% fee is based on the returned items and not the entire order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Manufacturers tags must remain originally attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, missing manufacturers tags, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

- Discount code must be entered at checkout in order to be applied.
- Discount code will not be added automatically.
- Discount Code cannot be added retroactively by you or our Customer Service team.
- Only one Discount Code can be used per order.
EXTRA FEE for refused packages, returned to sender packages, or packages with incomplete, missing, or incorrect shipping address on your order. Refunds may be delayed until carrier charges can be verified.

- suite number
- Address changes
- Verification of a shipping address
- Refused packages
- Return to sender packages
- Use of non-English or special characters such a “ñ”
- Suite/apartment/lot/unit number on wrong line (should be the second address line – the one below the street address)
- Misspelled or missing street name
- “Main” or “Mai St” instead of “Main St”
- Street and suffix together
- “MainSt” instead of “Main St”
- Too much information included in street address
- “2559 Jade St Union” instead of “2259 Jade St”
- Company name on address line and not company line
- Abbreviations used when they shouldn’t be
- ‘Co Rd 612’ instead of ‘Country Road 612’
- ACR 650’ instead of ‘Country Road A 650’
- Using symbols when writing out the words
- “Betty & James Smith” instead of “Betty and James Smith”
- “Smith & Jones Avenue” instead of “Smith and Jones Avenue”
Exempt from return
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for products that are intimate (underwear) or sanitary goods, some health and personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this, it has been more than 14 days, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
